Map, Seafaring, Accessibility

I've been changing yet more stuff again.

First and foremost, I've merged several territory text menus into a graphical map of sorts showing all the territories' important information at a glance through icons and values. Events that happen in these territories are also shown through this map for convenience, which also makes things way clearer than before. Not only that, but going along with these tweaks I also undertook some other pending tasks to optimize the game in several ways, and overall I think it became much more accessible during this last week. These are technically "Final Cleanup" matters, but since it wasn't final and more changes might come by, I won't check it out yet.

The other thing I changed was the way in which Seafaring works.

Until now, it was a cost. Units, depending on how huge and how fit for sea were, cost more or less to move through large bodies of water. Ships of any kind on the other hand moved freely through the waters. However since I started rewriting events I was confronted with the fact that the player, by just putting together a raft of tires, had the same advantages than by buying a seaplane. So now units have a Seafaring value, which represents their capacity to traverse such bodies of water quick and safely in different weather conditions. This also allows me to add competitions and the like.

Other than that, I'm still adding content and such.
