Settlement Improvements and Weird Numbers

Here are some more improvements brought to you with the help of the really nice people at the Discord server.

For starters, in the next version of the game, you'll be able to automatize the production of Barriers and Ruses with a couple of new settlement improvements.

There will be 2 new big projects in your settlement next to the options to create Barriers and Ruses. Spending 10 hectares of land and a lot of Resistance, you'll get a fortified perimeter, improving your Barriers over time even past their usual limits. Spending 10 Merits and lot of Intelligence, you'll be able to get official recognition for your settlement, this time increasing your Ruses in the same manner. You'll still be able to create Barriers and Ruses normally, but this extra investment will make things easier in the long run.

Settlement assets will also stop requiring you to be a governor, so as long as you have unused land you'll be able to create assets with abilities or by inviting aristocrats, which is a somewhat more obscure but easier way that the game wasn't properly conveying. In the next version these aristocrats will also let you know about their ideas even if you don't have the necessary land for it.

This should provide increased stability and incentivize us to develop settlements when we find ourselves comfortable in a cycle. More steps could be taken this way, but let's take one at a time for now and see how things move forwards from here.

In other news, as it turns out, I don't know how programming in python actually works. You might have seen spooky long numbers displayed in late games. They look weird but don't really affect the game, they're a silly mistake that now seems to be fixed for the next release. This has been reported so far affecting favours owed to players by lobbies, but they could be in other places. If you do see them elsewhere, it'd be great if you let me know so I could also fix them.

There will lastly be a number of tweaks in the next version affecting the frequency and effects of some relics used by the enemy as well as a few other things.

Overall, it's just great to have feedback to work with.
