Secret Wisdom, Spreading Doom and Tweaks

I've been doing small things this past week following the release while waiting for bug reports and such. I didn't get any, so I'll start working on to the next feature now and give you more information once it's got a more definitive shape.

For now, the fun additional feyfolk content so far includes the power of secret wisdom, allowing you to know which secrets are true and which ones are false while also speeding their discovery, and the ability of some feyfolk to spread doom if angered, triggering the worst effects of latent dooms.

The tweaks include increasing the weariness damage of dying from 20 to 25, slightly lowering the cost of buying land for settlement development and granting governors 10 starting hectares of land. These last two changes are meant to respectively make the creation of settlements more profitable and encourage players to passively learn about this generally unused feature when they contact other aristocrats.
