Tributes

In the next version, envoys will be able to extract tribute from those territories with which you have a truce.

The more you press the enemy during negotiations, the more they'll pay as tribute. The enemy will initially only be willing to give you a very small amount as tribute, if any at all. This amount will increase sharply as you keep pressing the unit during negotiations, but of course, you risk confrontation and the breaking of the truce if you push too far.

The amount you'll get is calculated in the same way as the prices for truces are, that is, depending on the involved units' Intelligence value. This means that you'll be able to leave a witless puppet enemy to hold onto a territory and extract Arkhe as tribute from it rather than going through the hassle of conquering the land and having to defend it. You won't be able to collect tributes from monster units though.

I think I'm now going to start pushing back other features to focus on finishing the lobbies and wrapping up this release sometime next month.
