Likely Suspects and Boring Technical Stuff

Another tweak to the whole enemy tracking thing, until now the game chose a random unit of those available to attack you, now some of them are more likely to show aggressive behaviour than others, so to make truces more meaningful.

Progress is still going slowly though, and I'm being further hindered by technical problems, the boring kind of stuff which is not even fun or worth it to comment about.
