Consequences for Joining and Leaving Lobbies

Another small thing. I was working on this one new lobby that really doesn't like people leaving their ranks and I realized I couldn't really convey that in the game as it was.

Therefore, there are now consequences for both joining and leaving some lobbies. For now it's the four usual ones, Arkhe, Merit, Weariness and Local Tension. Some lobbies might ask for an entry fee, while joining some unpopular lobbies might cost you Merit or Local Tension. There can also be positive consequences though, with some lobbies granting you a boost in standing or actually paying you to join them.

The new mystery lobby in question thinks only dead, previously tortured members are allowed to leave their little club, so you might expect quite a severe increase of Weariness, but it might actually be kind of worth it because of all the relatively good events you can get by joining it.
