Anamnesis 121109 Re-Released


Previous savegames are compatible.

There were two nasty bugs kindly reported to me about fonts misbehaving when working in locations and Captured units wreaking havoc in the"Arkhe Extraction" screen.

They are fixed now, you just need to redonwload the game.

Let me know if you find any other bug and I'll try to fix it as soon as possible, although bedtime is coming soon, so they might have to wait a little longer this time.


Edit: Tackled a couple more bugs. Going to bed now. Have fun and please report any other issue, I can't fix them if I don't  know them.


Change Log:

  • Fixed font issues on mac version.
  • Fixed crash when trying to Extract Arkhe with Captured units.
  • Fixed a few random crashes.
  • Fixed a few wrong values.

    Using the windows version. For some reason, the game just stops responding a minute or so after start up.

      I'm looking into this, but so far I can't find a reason for it.

      If you spot any repeating pattern or something that leads to the game freezing, it would be a great help.

    Also, I downloaded the latest version, but when I put a captured unit to work, the game still crashed.

      Thanks for reporting, I've fixed the random crash and I'm looking further into the captured units issue.

      Is it exactly the same crash as before? I got it to work last time so I'm a bit at a loss here.

      Hmmm, I'm actually not sure, because I didn't save the tracebacks for those crashes. Sorry!

      That's quite alright, I changed some more stuff in bugfix 3 that might have been causing the crash.

      If the crash still persists, it should be fixed by starting a new game with a clean install in the worst case.
