Remarkably Unremarkable Progress

I'm not even sure whether it is a good or a bad thing, but I seem to be making very few changes to the originally conceived questing system.

I wish I had something to report, but other than writing the quests, the only other thing I've been doing is little tweaks. For example now renascents that fail to perform a task make it a little easier for the next one to try it, so their efforts aren't a complete waste.
